The ILE Awards Gala offers a vibrant and engaging evening for attendees to celebrate alongside friends and peers dedicated to enhancing the welfare of Latinos throughout the state. This event highlights outstanding career and volunteer accomplishments, honoring those who have significantly impacted Indiana's Latino community. Award winners exemplify the fundamental values of community service and dedication to the progress of the Latino community.

Nominate an individual for the following categories: Indiana Latino Community Service Spirit, Indiana Latino Educator of the Year, Indiana Latino Female-Owned Business of the Year, Indiana Latino Male-Owned Business of the Year, Indiana Latino Health Contributor of the Year, Outstanding Young Latino Professional, Indiana Latino Civil Rights Leader Award, and Indiana Latino Entertainment/Fine Arts Award.
